If your driving to go on vacation or anywhere for that matter here are a few tips to help make the trip easier on everyone.
I also recommend dressing your child in something comfy, we are putting Baby V in shorts and a shirt because I will be hot outside.
Here’s a list of must-haves:
Laptop iPad Tablet
When you have children, it’s important to make plenty of stops on the way to your destination. Parks or anywhere that your child can get some fresh air and roam around. Regardless of the fact that though the essential items above are great to have if you can buy some new toys to keep them even more entertained and happy. We will probably purchase Baby V something when we stop to make her day.
As you can see above we are bringing the iPad which has plenty of kid-friendly games and the laptop will be for movies. Many blogs I have read say to travel at night-time but if that’s not your plan early in the morning should work just as well because they will be tired. (I’ll let you know how this goes.) Make sure you are bringing a variety of snacks, and drinks we are planning on packing crackers, chips, muffins, fruit and for drinks water, milk and Gatorade.
Rules Don’t Apply!
Meaning if you have a schedule for your child like we do you probably not going to be able to follow it on the ride and vacation.
