Workout Week #1

New Journey

It’s been a little over 6 months since I stopped breastfeeding, you may ask what does this have to do with working out? Well while I was breastfeeding I lost 30lbs since I stopped I gained about 10 of it back and it’s time for me to get back into shape!

Starting weight 146lbs

Tuesday I worked out for 25min and honestly, I never felt better. Lunch – Salad, Snack – Strawberries.

Wednesday I worked out for 29min had a salad for lunch and pizza for dinner.

Thursday, worked out for 40min. Breakfast – Yogurt & Granola, Lunch – Salad, Snack – Banana & Strawberry Smoothie Dinner – Chicken Quesadilla.

I just want to explain my eating habits aren’t bad, but I do try to eat healthier as well.

Friday, Best day so far worked out for just under an hour, Breakfast – French Toast, Bacon, and Strawberries. Lunch – Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich with chips (150 calories) Burned those chips off 😀 Smoothie (Banana, Strawberry, & Milk) Dinner – Shepherds Pie (had way less than I normally would).

Saturday – (Birthday Party) end of the story here haha

Sunday – Breakfast – Peanut Butter on an English Muffin, Lunch – Half a pizza plus veggies!

Snack – Banana Smoothie

Dinner – Pot Roast (yummy) had a small piece of cake with Baby V.
