What You Need

  • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (if the pan is dark preheat to 300°F)
  2. Crush graham crackers, then in a bowl combine 3 Tbsp sugar, 1/3 cup butter
  3. Pour mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and press crumbs
  4. Beat cream cheese, add 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla until blended
  5. Add 1 egg at a time, mixing on low speed
  6. Once all blended together pour over crust.
  7. Bake for 55-One hour or until center is almost set. Run a knife around the rim to loosen
  8. Let cool before you refrigerate
  9. Refrigerate cheesecake for 4-5 hours
